Besides common workplace skills, it’s important to be able to describe the expertise you have in your field. This expertise can include practical skills, knowledge, or understanding of a topic.

Use the guiding questions to reflect on your skills. Your answers will appear in your final report and can help you present your strengths in job applications. They are primarily for your own reflection and are not analyzed separately.

The exercises are based on the Career Planning Skills Development Project workbook.

Write a few sentences about yourself. What are you currently doing (e.g., studying or working)? Also, mention 1–2 of your strengths.
